Non ho nessuna esperienza nè competenza, neanche minima, per parlare di nucleare. Cerco di informarmi ma, come moltissimi di noi, devo necessariamente basare le mie opinioni sulle conoscenze e le competenze altrui. Devo fidarmi delle opinioni di altri, cercando di valutarle tenendo conto soprattutto della loro coerenza logica, o della buona fede di chi le propone. Per fare questo, cerco di utilizzare, oltre alla logica e all'"analisi del testo", anche il senso comune. Questo mi dice ad esempio che, nel dubbio, fra chi ha interessi da difendere e chi non ne ha, istintivamente la mia fiducia va a chi non ne ha. Oppure che , sempre in doubt, one can not ignore the precautionary principle . Common sense also tells me that a country that is unable to dispose of its waste (not to mention the special ones) and still has not found a solution for the dismantling of a few nuclear power plants old decades, can not simply be able to manage a nuclear program.
