, we thought we would make our lives easier when we started to use disposable products, is actually bulky, non-biodegradable and difficult to recycle. An example of numeric entities we are talking about: every 5 minutes are thrown in the United 2 million plastic bottles (editing in the video is awesome). The samples taken show samples of sea water in which the amount of plastic in is greater than the amount of plankton . Albatrosses are killed by plastic exchange for food (deadly bottle caps, which float and move thousands of miles in the ocean). The plastic enters the food chain, is in fish that are caught, is full of highly toxic substances. The throwaway society is now out of control , has gone global, we can not conserve or recycle all of our stuff, and the seas are proof. We got to the point where it is now impossible to think of to clean up the oceans . We must act at the source, stop the production of plastic on the ground . But even so there is little hope. Our seas will never return those once . At least try to reverse course.
