Secondo Legambiente, gli ultimi dati sullo smog a Roma sono allarmanti ( leggi qui ).
Il governo, per bocca del ministro dell'Ambiente (?) Stefania Prestigiacomo, dice che il piano anti-smog esiste , ma non ci sono i soldi per applicarlo ( leggi qui ).
Il Comune da parte sua latita: pare sia in vigore a Roma dall'inizio della settimana il blocco ai veicoli più inquinanti (cioè non catalizzati o "poco catalizzati", una percentuale Minimum fleet) within the green belt (this unknown) from 7.30 to 20.30 ( read here) it is clear that this is a totally useless measure.
