The National Council of the Party, at its meeting on 24 January, approved the Statute of the Party Socialista.L 'art. 3, paragraph 6, innovating the previous rules on membership and the right to vote, ruled that "the vote and to stand in the organs of the Party is acquired by the second consecutive year of enrollment." For these reasons, the National Secretariat has decided to extend the deadline for closing the enrollment 2008 to 28 February prossimo.Le enrollments from March 1 will be referred to the membership for the year 2009.
